This Privacy Policy describes how Datapay.inc (“M31”) collects, uses, discloses, transfers, stores, retains, or otherwise processes Your personal information and data when You apply or sign up for an account with M31 and other services through M31’s website or applications (collectively, the “M31 Services”). References to “You” or “Your” shall mean the individual users of the M31 Services depending on the context in which those terms are used.

INFORMATION M31 COLLECTS
M31 requests different types of Personal Information from You or others, depending on the M31 Services You use. M31 may collect the following categories of information, depending on the M31 Services that You use:

Registration Data: When you log into M31 Services using your email account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name and email address. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing M31’s access to that account. We may also collect other direct identifiers when You register with M31, such as your phone number, usernames and passwords, IP address of Your workstation, and other information that enables us to contact You.

Professional and Employment-Related Information: This includes Your company name, Your title, role, team, and other information about Your profession.

Email Calendar Information: M31 Services may integrate with Your corporate email calendar (e.g., Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) and collect data regarding Your seating choices and the conference rooms You book, including calendar metadata; M31 does not collect or otherwise have access to information contained on Your calendar.

Billing Information: When you purchase any M31 Services, we will collect your payment card information and billing address. We will use this information for payment authentication and processing for your future transactions. M31 does not store credit card information.

Voice and Video Recordings: Using M31 Services involves processing audio and video recordings from meetings to analyze and provide English proficiency feedback. For seamless service across devices, M31 may retain certain information. M31 does not retain audio and video of any other individual in the recorded meeting.

Automatically Collected Information: Certain data about the devices you use to connect with M31 Services and your use of the website, software, and/or Services are automatically logged in our systems. This includes:

  • Device Identifiers, such as IP address for bug reporting and data analytic purposes.
  • Log and Usage Data: Our servers automatically collect usage and performance data when you access or use M31 Services and which we record in log files. Log data may include IP address, browser type and settings, date and time of use, information about browser configuration, language preferences, and cookie data. Usage data includes information about Your online activity including information collected through the use of standard internet technologies, such as cookies, logs, and other internet technologies, as further set forth in our “Do We Use Cookies” section.
  • Information Collected from Third-Party Vendors: We may use third-party vendors, including Google, to serve ads to you when you access M31 Services. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to M31 sites or to other websites as further set forth in our “Do We Use Cookies” section.
  • Information Collected from Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to connect M31 Services to a third-party online communication platform (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft Calendar, etc.), such third parties may allow us to have access to and store information about your interaction with those services as it relates to your use of our M31 Services.

Anonymous, Aggregated, and Other Information Collected: In addition, M31 collects and/or generates anonymized and aggregated information from Your use of the M31 Services to better understand and optimize our M31 Services. M31 may use anonymized and aggregated information in various ways, including to measure Your interest in and use of portions or features of the M31 Services. Anonymized or aggregated information may not identify You as an individual, thus is not Personal Information as defined in this Privacy Policy.

HOW M31 COLLECTS YOUR DATA
M31 collects information and processes data from the following sources:

  • When You register online to use our M31 Services and during Your use of our M31 Services when you enable the M31 Services.
  • When You voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our M31 Services via email or third-party services.
  • Via Your browser’s cookies when You use or access our website.

USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
M31 collects Your data for the following purposes:

  • M31 may share Your Personal Information among M31 representatives depending on where You are located and the M31 Services that You use. ACCESS TO VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS
Generally, M31 does not monitor or view your recordings stored in or transferred through our M31 Services, except where we believe the Terms of Service have been violated and confirmation is required; if we need to do so to respond to your requests for support; if we otherwise determine that we have an obligation to access Your recordings or to improve our algorithms as described in the Terms of Service. Finally, Your recordings may be accessed by us where we deem it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of M31 and its users, or to comply with our legal obligations, such as responding to warrants, court orders, or other legal processes.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
M31 discloses Your Personal Information in limited circumstances to M31’s affiliates, our service providers, in order to provide our M31 Services and to improve your online meeting presence. Where required by applicable law, M31 will only share Your Personal Information for this very limited purpose.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA INTERNATIONALLY
Since M31 is a company with a principal place of business in the United States, any Personal Information that we collect in and through the M31 Services for the purposes outlined above may be transferred to, stored on servers in, and accessed from the United States and countries other than the country in which the Personal Information was initially collected. Laws in these countries may differ from the laws applicable to your country of residence. By using the M31 Services you agree to your Personal Information being transferred outside your original territory and subject to the terms in this Privacy Policy.

HOW M31 STORES YOUR DATA AND SECURITY
The security of all Personal Information provided to M31 is important to us. M31 will keep Your Personal Information in compliance with its data retention policy or until You request to delete it. Once this time period has expired, M31 will delete all related data, including Your audio and video recordings from online meetings.

When You interact with our M31 Services, we obtain certain information using automated technologies, such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and other technologies. These technologies help us to:

  • Remember your information so you do not have to re-enter it.
  • Track and understand how you use and interact with our online services and emails.
